The office block “Ambiance” is a new, yet to be realized, office block in the office park “De Gelderse Park”, directly on the A325, only a few minutes away from the motorway the A12 in Arnhem. Modern installations and materials guarantee an optimal working environment and give a luxurious character to the building.

The office block the Alliance is situated on the de Mr. B.M. Telderstraat in the office park De Gelderse Poort in Arnhem. Alliance is by both private as well as public transport easy to get to. The office is located on the motorway the A325, close to the Pleyroute, only a few minutes away from the motorway the A12 and is excellently accessible by car. There is also a direct bus connection to the Central Train Station in Arnhem ensuring that the office can also be optimally accessed by public transport.
