Carré is a large-scale office development in the Hanzeland. The office block has a total floor surface area of 31.580 m² divided over 7 floors and 6 building parts. The divisional aspect of the office space make it suitable for both large and small organizations. The most modern and durable materials have been used for the realization. These were not only used for the installations but also in order to ensure that the character, finishing and level of facilities are of a high quality. The effect on energy use and the environment are, as a result of using such materials, very favourable.

Location
Carré is situated in the industrial park Hanzeland, in the heart of Zwolle, between the city centre and Zwolle-Zuid, directly next to the train station. Zwolle is the second largest inter-city station in the Netherlands and is also a junction for local and regional bus lines. Furthermore the motorway the A28 is only a stones throw away ensuring that Carré is also easily accessible by car.
Parking Facilities
In the complex there is a parking facility with a total capacity of 320 parking places. There are also 77 parking places for visitors on the inside grounds of the complex. There is also a bicycle shelter.
