The total complex consists of two office blocks: Mercurius & Minerva. Both buildings are joined to each other by means of a bridge and, as such, are also suitable for one large organization.
The office blocks are optimally equipped for present day office use. The entranceways to the buildings have been executed to a high quality standard with, amongst others, a bluestone floor. The buildings are provided with air treatment systems, which are optimally adapted to every modern working concept. The glazing of the buildings is heat reflective. The sanitary has been given a comfortable design. Cable channels make it possible to remove data cables from view.
As a result of the multi-functional divisional possibilities of Mercurius & Minerva it is possible to have one or several tenants established here.

The office block Minerva is situated on the Hondsrugweg/Herikerbergweg, directly opposite the Atlascomplex. The building has, as a result of this, a high attention value. For organizations that place much emphasis on character and visibility, Minerva is the building for you.
Parking Facilities
The complex is built on an underground car park. 230 parking places go with the office space. It is possible to hire extra parking places if desired,. Next to the building is the park & ride-garage for the benefit of short-term parking.
