Zwolle, L'etoile

L'étoile is an office block that was recently realized by Eurocommerce and is close to the motorway the A28 and directly next to the train station in Zwolle.

The most modern and durable materials have been used for the realization. These were not only used for the installations but also in order to ensure that the character, finishing and level of facilities are of a high quality. The effect on energy use and the environment are, as a result of using such materials, very favourable.

The divisional aspect of L'étoile is multi-functional making it possible that either one or several organizations can establish themselves in the building.

Location

The office block L'étoile is situated on the Koggelaan in Zwolle in the office park Hanzeland. Hanzeland is situated in the heart of Zwolle, between the city centre and Zwolle-Zuid, directly next to the train station. Zwolle is the second largest inter-city station in the Netherlands and is also a junction for local and regional bus lines. Furthermore the motorway the A28 is only a stones throw away ensuring that Carré is also easily accessible by car.

Parking Facilities

On its own grounds the office block L'étoile has spacious parking facilities of 22 parking spaces. In addition to this there is also a bicycle shelter. In the immediate vicinity there are public parking facilities for visitors.
